These terms and conditions of use refer to the SHUNT website (www.shunt.co.uk hereafter Website). These terms and conditions apply to subcribers and to all other users of the Website. By using SHUNT web site you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you disagree, or are uncomfortable with any part of this document, your only recourse is to not use SHUNT web site.
- By the Website by whatever route of access you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions currently prevailing.
- SHUNT reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time - you should check for any alterations regularly. Continued usage of the Website subsequent to a change in terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those current terms and conditions.
- You shall indemnify SHUNT fully for all losses damages and costs incurred as a result of your breaching these terms and conditions.
- The information you supply on the Website shall be accurate and complete. You will notify SHUNT promptly of any changes of relevant details by e-mailing events@shunt.co.uk. You will not assist a non-registered person to gain access to the Website by supplying them with your password. In the event that SHUNT considers that you have breached the requirements governing registration, that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or that your subscription to the printed edition of SHUNT lapses, your registration to the Website will be terminated.
- Each subscription to SHUNT entitles the subscriber - be they an individual or an institution - the registration of one person to use the 'subscriber only' content on the web site. This person is the 'registered subscriber'.
- Use of the 'subscriber only' content on the Website is strictly for the personal use of the registered subscriber and is not to be used for any purpose by any other person.
- You may use any one computer to access SHUNT web site 'subscriber only' content at any time, so long as that connection does not allow any other computer, networked or otherwise connected, to access 'subscriber only' content.
- Shunt does not permit Memberships to be refunded after purchase. On buying a membership to The Shunt Lounge the individual enters into a contract whereby curated work is not guaranteed during every evening.
- Shunt does not permit any tickets for performances sold to be refunded after purchase except where a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. Where monies are refunded, such refunds are limited to the face value of the Tickets purchased.
- Tickets may be exchanged for later performances provided that you give the Theatre not less than 5 days' notice before the performance is due to take place. An additional handling charge of £1.00 per ticket will be payable by you for this service.
- All Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre's right to make any alterations in the cast or arrangements advertised on the Theatre's website or elsewhere which are rendered necessary by an unavoidable cause.
- All images on the Website remain the property of SHUNT except where another copyright holder is specifically attributed or credited. Save for such material taken for strictly personal use, you may not download, store, disseminate, republish, reproduce or translate such images in whole or in part in any form without the prior permission of SHUNT. To obtain such permission and the terms and conditions applying, contact events@shunt.co.uk.
- The Website is provided on an 'as is' basis and SHUNT gives no warranty that the Website will be accessible by any particular browser, operating system or device.
- SHUNT gives no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information available on the Website and disclaims all liability for any losses, damages and costs incurred as a consequence of relying on such information.
- SHUNT gives no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any material contained in sites linked to the Website and disclaims all liability for any losses, damages and costs incurred as a consequence of relying on materials published in such linked sites.
- You will not knowingly transmit any virus or other harmful matter to the Website. SHUNT gives no warranty that the Website is free from contaminating matter and disclaims liability for any damages, losses or costs resulting from damage to your computer resulting from access to the Website.
- SHUNT disclaims liability for any damages, losses or costs incurred as a result of access to the Website being interrupted or the Website being modified or discontinued.

While we would never knowingly link to a site which we believed to be trading in bad faith, SHUNT disclaims liability for any damages, losses or costs incurred as a result of access to such websites and resources, and we take no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, goods or services offered by these websites and resources. Any transaction effected with such a third party contacted via the Website are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the third party involved and SHUNT accepts no responsibility or liability resulting from such transactions.

- SHUNT disclaims liability for any damages, losses or costs incurred for unauthorised access or alterations of transmissions or data by third parties as consequence of visit to Website.
